By accessing or using FreeBhaav.com ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Billion Peoples Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the owner and operator of FreeBhaav.com.

All users of FreeBhaav.com agree to:

•Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration

•Maintain the security of your account credentials

•Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

•Use the platform only for lawful business purposes

•Not impersonate any person or entity

•Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform

•Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations

•Not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data without permission

As a buyer on FreeBhaav.com, you agree to:

•Post RFQs only for genuine business requirements

•Not post false, misleading, or fraudulent inquiries

•Respond to supplier quotations in good faith

•Not share supplier pricing information with competitors

•Complete transactions through agreed terms with suppliers

•Not misuse supplier contact information for spam or unsolicited marketing

•Report suspicious supplier activity to our trust & safety team

•Maintain professional communication standards with all suppliers

As a seller or supplier on FreeBhaav.com, you agree to:

•List only products you are authorized to sell

•Provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing

•Maintain current stock availability information

•Respond to buyer inquiries within a reasonable timeframe

•Not list counterfeit, prohibited, or illegal products

•Complete orders as per agreed terms and timelines

•Maintain valid GST registration and business documentation

•Not engage in price manipulation or artificial inflation

•Honor quotations submitted through the platform

The following activities are strictly prohibited on FreeBhaav.com:

•Posting false reviews, ratings, or testimonials

•Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

•Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise platform security

•Using the platform to distribute malware or harmful code

•Engaging in money laundering or financial fraud

•Circumventing platform fees or payment systems

•Harvesting user data for unauthorized commercial use

•Posting content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates third-party rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

•Violate these Terms of Service

•Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

•Receive multiple verified complaints from other users

•Fail to maintain valid business documentation

•Engage in spam or unsolicited communications

•Attempt to manipulate platform algorithms or rankings

Suspended users may appeal by contacting support@freebhaav.com. We will review appeals within 7 business days. Termination decisions are final for serious violations.

Users are responsible for all content they post on FreeBhaav.com. Prohibited content includes:

•False or misleading product information

•Counterfeit or replica product listings

•Adult, obscene, or offensive material

•Content that infringes intellectual property rights

•Personal information of third parties without consent

•Political, religious, or discriminatory content

•Spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy without prior notice.

All content on FreeBhaav.com — including the platform design, logo, AI algorithms, software, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of Billion Peoples Technologies and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of content they post but grant FreeBhaav.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform.

The FreeBhaav.com name, logo, and brand identity may not be used without prior written permission from Billion Peoples Technologies.

FreeBhaav.com is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and suppliers. We do not:

•Guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed products

•Verify every claim made by suppliers or buyers

•Participate in or guarantee transactions between users

•Provide warranties on products listed on the platform

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billion Peoples Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including:

•The Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments

•The Consumer Protection Act, 2019

•The Indian Contract Act, 1872

•The Competition Act, 2002

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. We encourage users to first attempt resolution through our dispute resolution process at freebhaav.com/dispute-resolution.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
